As the founder and owner, I want to say hello and welcome you to The House of Blondie.

The House of Blondie launched on July 19, 2021. My mission for the brand is to provide high-quality, feminine, and elegant women's clothing that is beautifully constructed and fits amazingly well. (I inspect each piece that comes in to check for quality and fit.)
The House of Blondie is for women who care for themselves and their appearance, and love looking stylish and sophisticated without coming across as too trendy or frumpy. I believe in the philosophy - look good, feel good.

The idea sparked when I entered my late 30s and was no longer interested in mainstream stores selling super trendy styles that fit poorly and fell apart after a few washes. Instead, I wanted to represent myself as more sophisticated and elegant to coincide with the woman I believed I had grown into at that age. If not, at least aspired to be. This idea, coupled with my frustration of not finding stores that matched my aesthetic, sparked the dream of opening my store to fill the gap in the market that wasn't catering to women like me. Finally, in my 40s, that dream became a reality.

With a B.S. in Fashion Merchandising, an A.A. in Merchandise Product Development, 9 years of experience in retail sales and management, and 3.5 years working as a Technical Designer for a popular women's contemporary brand, I gained the confidence and knowledge needed to start my own business. As the saying goes, "Better to start late than never to start."
