What is The House of Blondie's return policy ?

To start a return, visit our Returns Center.

If for any reason you do not love your purchase, please return the item in its original and unworn condition within 30 days of the postmarked delivery date for a full refund, less shipping costs. Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment or as store credit within 5-8 business days after we receive your package.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if it is outside of the return period, if it has obviously been worn (e.g., perfume, sweat stains, grass stains, dirt stains), or if it has excessive animal hair that is unable to be removed. If your return is refused, we will ship the item back to you at no extra charge to you.

What do I do if I received a damaged item?

Contact info@thehouseofblondie.com, RE: Damaged item, and include a photo of the damage(s) within 3 days of receiving your item(s). We’ll contact you to resolve your issue as quickly and easily as possible!

I received the wrong item(s). What do I do?

Contact info@thehouseofblondie.com, RE: Wrong item, with a photo of the wrong item(s). We’ll contact you within 1 business day to resolve your issue as quickly and easily as possible.

What are your shipping options within the USA?

Can I update my order before it has been shipped?

Contact info@thehouseofblondie.com, RE: Order update, with the information you would like to update. We’ll do our best to update your order if it hasn’t been shipped. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to make any changes to your order if you contact us more than 12 hours after your order has been placed (not including weekends). We usually ship orders within 2 business days of your order date, or sooner if it is expedited, so please contact us as soon as you know you have an issue.

How do I track my order?

Depending on the shipping option you chose at checkout; your order will be processed within 24-72 hours. After your order is processed, you will receive an email and/or text message confirming that your order has been shipped. This email will also contain your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 business hours for your shipment details to update with USPS or UPS. 

Can I cancel my order?

If you placed your order with standard shipping, we could cancel orders if you contact us within 12 hours of placing the order (not including weekends). If you placed your order with expedited shipping, we are unfortunately unable to cancel your order since we prioritize those orders to get them to you on time. Please email us at info@thehouseofblondie.com, RE: Cancel Order, as soon as you know you would like to cancel your order and we will do our best to assist you.

Why isn't my promo code working?

The code you are using may have expired, or the products in your cart may not be eligible for a discount (such as Sale items). We do not allow you to stack discounts, meaning you are not able to use more than one promo code for a single order. If you are still having issues with your promo code, please email us at info@thehouseofblondie.com, RE: Promo Code.

Do you fulfill custom requests?

While we carefully curate all our items, we do not manufacture our pieces and are unable to fulfill custom orders in varying colors, sizes, or lengths.

Can you send me a material swatch?

Since we curate all our items and do not manufacture, we do not carry or send out swatches.

Can you lower the value of my international order package/mark as gift so I can avoid paying duties?

It is illegal for us to lower the value of international packages or mark them as gifts. Please help us follow all laws and regulations. We appreciate your cooperation!
